Established in 1967, formerly known as Wayne Fregien Construction, now WL Fregien Engineering, Inc. We are a Class A General Engineering Contractor specializing in the installation of large public and private utilities, mostly consisting of water lines both domestic, fire, storm,water piping, drainage structures, sewage waste lines and pumping stations. We do many new school projects and the occasional public works projects in several counties in California. The continuing new construction of of housing projects is another side of our business we also like to keep a open mind to. We have been building a business based on extensive knowledge of the industry, a goal of 100% customer satisfaction, and providing our employees with a safe environment. All of our field employees are Union Members, Operating Engineers and Labors of various classifications.
